Special Counsel

If you are a lawyer or a law firm in need of guidance on how to secure assets or collect a debt, I would be pleased to assist you as an advisor or “special counsel”. I consult with the attorney handling the matter on strategy and procedural matters relative to my area of expertise, but do not file an appearance in the case. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and ideas with members of the bar who practice in other areas. There are many competent litigators who are not familiar with collection issues and options. I can be retained on a one time or on going basis.
